If you want better pictures or more information regarding the product before you commit to the sale, we will be happy to provide it. All merchandise offered is new and inspected for quality before shipping. All items come from a smoke-free home.

If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us before leaving feedback. I’m sure we will be able to work out a solution to make you happy.

[CANCELED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT]

Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase
If an order is paid for but canceled prior to shipment, a 20% processing fee will be incurred. The 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.

 

[RETURNS OR EXCHANGE]

Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
If you want to refund your order, please contact us within 5 days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately, If more than 5 days pass from the day you receive your order a refund is no longer available.

No returns or exchange will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email and arrangements are made before the order is shipped back to us.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at artminasales@artmina.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Also, the size is not suitable, you can exchange for another sizing. (If the same design is not available, you may choose from other designs.)
If you need to exchange items, please contact us as soon as possible.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can send you a replacement. I require a photo of the item and packaging so I can use that to submit a claim to the USPS. 
No refunds - a replacement will be sent if arrives damaged.

 

[CANCELING AN ORDER]

If you are looking to return your order for any reason other than a flaw in your product, a 25% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund. The refund process will start after the item returned.

Late or missing refunds 
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on the credit card company. Also, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted for the bank.

Sale and Gifts items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Also If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you cannot be refunded.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

[SHIPPING COSTS]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

[EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS]

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), products with print on demand, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 [LOST SHIPMENTS]

Since all U.S. Domestic orders ship with a tracking # you are responsible to call/notify the USPS if your order is lost/delayed. You receive a tracking # once your orders ships. This is the number that USPS needs to track/locate your order. If the USPS doe, in fact,t state the package is lost and cannot be found I will need the claim # before I re-ship the item.

Refunds are not offered for shipping errors that are beyond my control. However, we will try to do our best to help you find your package.
