Refund and Returns Policy
We hope your buying experience to be great!
If you want better pictures or more information regarding the product before you commit to the sale, we will be happy to provide it. All merchandise offered is new and inspected for quality prior to shipping. All items come from a smoke-free home.
If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us prior to leaving feedback. I’m sure we will be able to work out a solution to make you happy.
Returns or Exchange
If you want to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 5 days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately, If more than 5 days pass from the day you receive your order a return or exchange is no longer available. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email and arrangements are made before the order is shipped back to us.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at https://artmina.com/pages/contact-us. We will send you back our return address.
►CANCELED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT: If an order is paid for but canceled prior to shipment, a 20% processing fee will be incurred. The 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.
If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately so I can send you a replacement. I require a photo of the item and packaging so I can use that to submit a claim to the USPS.
No refunds - a replacement will be sent if arrives damaged.
►LOST SHIPMENTS: since all U.S. Domestic orders ship with a tracking # you are responsible to call/notify the USPS if your order is lost/delayed. You receive a tracking # once your orders ships. This is the number that USPS needs to track/locate your order. If the USPS doe, in fact,t state the package is lost and cannot be found I will need the claim # before I re-ship the item.
Refunds are not offered for shipping errors that are beyond my control. However, we will try to do our best to help you find your package.
►CANCELING AN ORDER:
If you are looking to return your order for any reason other than a flaw in your product, a 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund. The refund process will start after the item returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
